  • 2 brown rice cakes
  • 2 slices of chicken breast (30 grams)
  • ½ avocado
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Preparation method

  1. Mash the flesh of the half avocado into mousse and add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
